Refunds & Returns
Because every piece is made with care, I want your experience to feel just as intentional. But I also know that sometimes things go wrong—and when they do, I’ll do my best to make it right.
Please read below to understand how refunds work here at MandoMc Designs.
🌐 Address Mistakes & Delivery Issues
We aren’t able to offer refunds or replacements if the wrong shipping address was entered at checkout. That said, we’ll always try to help if we can.

If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address:
I’ll gladly resend it, but a small shipping + handling fee will apply.
If you’d prefer a refund instead, I’ll issue one—but original shipping, processing, and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted. -
If the package is lost or destroyed because of a wrong address:
I can offer a 50% store credit toward a new order. -
If the error was on my side or the carrier's:
I’ll replace or reship your order free of charge.
Want to update your address post-purchase? No problem. Just cover the reshipping fee and I’ll take care of it.
📦 Damaged Items
If your art arrives damaged, take a deep breath—and then take clear photos of:

The shipping box or envelope

Your packing slip or order number
Email me at mandomc.designs@gmail.com, and I’ll review everything with care. Once verified, I’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit based on what’s best for the situation.
💸 How Refunds Work
To request a refund:

Email mandomc.designs@gmail.com with your name, order number, and what went wrong.

If needed, I’ll send you a return label.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued (minus a 30% restocking fee) after inspection.
Banks may take 3–5 business days to process it once it’s initiated.
📌 Please don’t return items to the address on the package. I’ll guide you through the right return process.
🏷️ Clearance & Final Sale Items
Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. They may arrive without original packaging, and are sold as-is.
⏳ Refund & Warranty Window
I honor refund and replacement requests made within 30 days of delivery.
If more than 60 days have passed since your order arrived, I can’t offer a refund or replacement.
🌍 International Orders
If you're ordering from outside the U.S., local taxes or customs fees may apply. These are not included in the product or shipping price. Every country handles these differently.
